1. An arena hotel, said hotel comprising:
- an event space surrounded by a multilevel building with at least a first level and a second level,wherein said first level comprises a viewing corridor having an inner wall that abuts and defines a border of said event space,wherein said second level comprises,a plurality of hotel rooms that are at an outer edge of said arena hotel,one or more limited access seating areas that provide a vantage point of said event space at an inner edge of said arena hotel, anda continuous corridor that physically separates and provides access to each of said plurality of hotel rooms and said one or more limited access seating areas; and
one or more attendee seating areas arranged around said event space and configured as a part of said multilevel building, wherein said attendee seating areas are positioned directly on top of said viewing corridor and below said limited access seating areas on said second level.

Abstract
The present invention relates to a building construction that includes an internal entertainment venue or event area. Specifically, embodiments of the present invention provide for a building with transient lodging, offices, residential space, or similar living spaces that surround an entertainment venue, event area, or recreational space in manner that allows the entertainment venue, event area, or recreational space to be viewable from those occupied areas of the building.
