1. A touch window of capacitive type, comprising:
- a cover substrate having a first area and a second area surrounding top, bottom, left, and right sides of the first area;
an outer dummy layer on the second area of the cover substrate;
an electrode substrate on the cover substrate;
a sensing electrode to sense a position, and a wire to electrically connect the sensing electrode, wherein the sensing electrode and the wire are disposed on at least one surface of the electrode substrate;
a circuit substrate between the cover substrate and the electrode substrate, wherein the circuit substrate includes a ground connecting part and a wire connecting part; and
a plurality of ground electrodes disposed on the second area,wherein the plurality of ground electrodes is electrically connected to the ground connecting part;
wherein the plurality of ground electrodes comprises a first ground electrode and a second ground electrode, wherein the first ground electrode is positioned further outward than the wire in the second area,wherein the first ground electrode is positioned further outward than the second ground electrode in the second area,wherein the first ground electrode is disposed on a top surface of the circuit substrate and the wire is disposed on a bottom surface of the circuit substrate opposite to the top surface,wherein the wire is electrically connected to the wire connecting part between the circuit substrate and the electrode substrate, andwherein an area of the cover substrate is larger than an area of the electrode substrate.

20. A touch window of capacitive type comprising:

a cover substrate having a first area and a second area surrounding top, bottom, left, and right sides of the first area; a ground electrode disposed on the second area; an electrode substrate on the cover substrate; a sensing electrode to sense a position, and a wire to electrically connect the sensing electrode, wherein the sensing electrode and the wire are disposed on the electrode substrate; and a circuit substrate disposed between the cover substrate and the electrode substrate, the circuit substrate including a ground connecting part and a wire connecting part electrically connected to the wire; wherein the wire is disposed on the electrode substrate, wherein a surface on which the ground electrode is directly disposed is different from that on which the wire is directly disposed, wherein the ground electrode is disposed on a top surface of the circuit substrate and the wire is disposed on a bottom surface of the circuit substrate opposite to the top surface, wherein the top surface faces the cover substrate and the bottom surface faces the electrode substrate, and wherein an area of the cover substrate is larger than an area of the electrode substrate. - View Dependent Claims (21)

22. A touch window of capacitive type comprising:

a cover substrate having a first area and a second area surrounding top, bottom, left, and right sides of the first area; an electrode substrate on the cover substrate; a sensing electrode to sense a position, and a wire to electrically connect the sensing electrode disposed on the electrode substrate; and a plurality of ground electrodes disposed on the second area; wherein the sensing electrode comprises a plurality of first sensing electrodes extended in a first direction and a plurality of second sensing electrodes extending in a second direction, wherein the wire comprises a plurality of first wires electrically connected to the first sensing electrodes and a plurality of second wires electrically connected to the second sensing electrodes, wherein the plurality of ground electrodes comprises a first ground electrode, a second ground electrode, and a third ground electrode; wherein the first ground electrode is positioned further outward than an outermost one of the first wires, wherein the first ground electrode is positioned further outward than the second ground electrode in the second area, wherein the first ground electrode is positioned further outward than the third ground electrode in the second area, and wherein the first ground electrode is disposed on a top surface of the circuit substrate and the wire is disposed on a bottom surface of the circuit substrate opposite to the top surface.
