1. A method of providing services comprising:

  • receiving, by a radio access network (RAN), first information via a first federated service bus between a first evolved packet core (EPC) and the RAN based on a parent-child relationship between the first EPC and the RAN on a per-federated service basis, the first information comprising first load information from the first EPC;

    receiving, by the RAN, second information via a second federated service bus between a second EPC and the RAN based on a parent-child relationship between the second EPC and the RAN on a per-federated service basis, the second information comprising second load information from the second EPC; and

    load balancing, by a RAN access function, traffic over the first EPC, the second EPC, and the RAN based on the first load information received over the first federated service bus and the second load information received over the second federated service bus.
