- a tissue support portion piece, a first extension portion piece, and a second extension portion piece,a first adjusting mechanism comprising an elongate first flexible strip having a length, a width, and a thickness, the length being greater than the width, and the width being greater than the thickness, the first flexible strip comprising first edge and second edge opposite the first edge extending in the length and thickness directions and a first surface and an opposed second surface extending in the length and width dimensions between the opposed edges, the first flexible strip forming a first flexible strip loop connecting the first extension portion piece and a first end of the tissue support portion piece, wherein the first flexible strip loop is configured to be tightened to reduce a distance between the first extension portion piece and the tissue support portion piece,a second adjusting mechanism comprising a second flexible strip having a length, a width, and a thickness, the length being greater than the width, and the width being greater than the thickness, the second flexible strip comprising a first edge and a second edge opposite the first edge extending in the length and thickness directions and a first surface and an opposed second surface extending in the length and width dimensions between the opposed edges, the second flexible strip forming a second flexible strip loop connecting the second extension portion piece and a second end of the tissue support portion piece, wherein the second flexible strip loop is configured to be tightened to reduce a distance between the second extension portion piece and the tissue support portion piece,a self-fixating tip at a distal end of the first extension portion piece, anda self-fixating tip at a distal end of the second extension portion piece.

a tissue support portion piece, a first extension portion piece, and a second extension portion piece, a first adjusting mechanism comprising an elongate first flexible strip having a length, a width, and a thickness, the length being greater than the width, and the width being greater than the thickness, the first flexible strip comprising a first edge and a second edge opposite the first edge extending in the length and thickness directions and a first surface, an opposed second surface extending in the length and width dimensions between the opposed edges, the first flexible strip forming a first flexible strip loop connecting the first extension portion piece and a first end of the tissue support portion piece, and frictional features extending from one of the first and opposed second surfaces, wherein the first flexible strip loop is configured to be tightened to reduce a distance between the first extension portion piece and the tissue support portion piece, a second adjusting mechanism comprising a second flexible strip having a length, a width, and a thickness, the length being greater than the width, and the width being greater than the thickness, the second flexible strip comprising a first edge and a second edge opposite the first edge extending in the length and thickness directions and a first surface and an opposed second surface extending in the length and width dimensions between the opposed edges, the second flexible strip forming a second flexible strip loop connecting the second extension portion piece and a second end of the tissue support portion piece, wherein the second flexible strip loop is configured to be tightened to reduce a distance between the second extension portion piece and the tissue support portion piece, wherein, when the first flexible strip passes through an aperture of the tissue support portion piece, with the first flexible strip under tension, the frictional features extend from one of the first and opposed second surfaces and engage a surface of the aperture, preventing movement of the first flexible strip in a manner that increases the size of the first flexible strip loop, a self-fixating tip at a distal end of the first extension portion piece, and a self-fixating tip at a distal end of the second extension portion piece.
