1. A system for development of core muscles'"'"' support, comprising:
- a first sensor coupled to a processor for detecting movements of a body;
a second sensor coupled to the processor for detecting a core muscle contraction;
a qualifying movement identifier running on the processor for identifying a qualifying movement of the body in an upright position for which core contraction is beneficial; and
a movement discriminator running on the processor for discriminating between a protected qualifying movement where the core muscle contraction is detected by the second sensor during the qualifying movement and an unprotected qualifying movement where the core muscle contraction is not detected by the second sensor during the qualifying movement;
wherein the processor provides feedback to a user.
