1. A machine configured to process chemically heated hot emitter generator data so as to produce output, the machine comprising:
- an analog detector arranged to produce intensity measurements of electromagnetic emissions of a chemically heated hot emitter which are less than or equal to full intensity of said emissions;
an analog-to-digital converter arranged to receive and then convert the detected intensity measurements from an analog form to a digital form;
a digital computer arranged to the receive the digital, detected intensity measurements and configured to transform the digital, detected intensity measurements to produce therefrom an output intermediate indicator of the chemically heated hot emitter electromagnetic emissions; and
another digital computer which receives the output intermediate indicator of the chemically heated hot emitter electromagnetic emissions and processes the intermediate indicator and data into a billing record corresponding to an amount of the chemically heated hot emitter electromagnetic emissions; and
an output device which outputs the billing record.
