1. A method of wireless communication, comprising:
- communicating, by a first wireless device, data over a first bearer configured over a wireless wide area network (WWAN);
identifying, at the first wireless device, a first set of one or more quality-of-service (QoS) parameters for serving the data over the first bearer, the first set of one or more QoS parameters satisfying a first QoS requirement for WWAN;
transmitting a connectivity request message to a second wireless device;
in response to the connectivity request message, receiving, from the second wireless device, a second set of one or more QoS parameters for serving at least a portion of the data over a second bearer configured over a wireless local area network (WLAN), the second set of one or more QoS parameters being determined at the second wireless device based on the connectivity request message and an association between the first set of one or more QoS parameters and the second set of one or more QoS parameters, and the second set of one or more QoS parameters satisfying a second QoS requirement for WLAN; and
communicating, by the first wireless device, at least the portion of the data over the second bearer configured over the WLAN using the determined second set of one or more QoS parameters.

Abstract
Techniques are described for managing QoS parameters of a bearer for which at least a portion of bearer data is served over a WLAN radio access technology. According to these techniques, a first device may identify a first set of one or more QoS parameters for serving a bearer over a wireless wide area network (WWAN). The first device may also determine a second set of one or more QoS parameters for serving the bearer over the WLAN based on an association between the first set of QoS parameters and the second set of one or more QoS parameters.
