control transmitting signals through a first communication link toward a base station or a second communication link toward a mobile station, the second communication link-being a device-to-device communication link that makes use of an uplink resource of the first communication link; and
determine transmission power for the second communication link based on a first parameter and a second parameter,whereinthe first parameter indicates at least one level selected from the group consisting of a signal level and a power level in the first communication link,the second parameter corresponds to path loss information for the first communication link, andthe transmission power for the second communication link is further determined based on a third parameter related to bandwidth information.
