14. A method for implanting an intravascular connector, comprising:
-
advancing an intravascular connector through a first vessel, wherein the intravascular connector comprises a first pair of clinch members comprising a first member and an apposed second member and a second pair of clinch members opposite from the first pair of clinch members, wherein the second pair of clinch members comprises a first member and an apposed second member, wherein the first member of the first pair has a length which is less than the second member of the first pair, wherein the first member of the second pair has a length which is less than the second member of the second pair, and wherein each first member is deployed on opposite ends of the connector such that the first member of the first pair is positionable within a first vessel and the first member of the second pair is positionable within a second vessel; introducing the second member of the first pair of clinch members and the first member of the second pair of clinch members into a second vessel from the first vessel; and visualizing a position of the second member of the first pair of clinch members for deflection against a tissue wall of the second vessel by gauging an amount of deflection of the second member of the first pair of clinch members relative to the tissue wall of the second vessel to determine suitable positioning of the connector relative to the second vessel. - View Dependent Claims (15, 16, 17, 18, 19)
