calculating, by the system, a baseline power level for each resource block of the plurality of resource blocks according to at least one of the plurality of power level measurements for each resource block to generate a plurality of baseline power levels for the plurality of resource blocks;
calculating, by the system, an aggregate baseline power level according to at least a portion of the plurality of baseline power levels;
determining, by the system, a threshold from the aggregate baseline power level;
monitoring, by the system, the plurality of resource blocks for signal interference according to the threshold;
detecting, by the system, the signal interference in at least one resource block of the plurality of resource blocks according to the threshold; and
determining, by the system, whether to mitigate the signal interference based on a correlation analysis of the signal interference in the at least one resource block, wherein priority for mitigation is given based on a time of day of occurrence of the signal interference.
