  • (a) a support structure engageable with the head of the patient, wherein the support structure comprises at least one guide member, wherein the at least one guide member is configured for complete insertion into the first ear, wherein the at least one guide member is configured to transition from a compressed state to an expanded state against an ear canal of the first ear while completely inserted into the first ear;

    (b) a receptacle comprising an outer surface and an inner surface, wherein the receptacle extends proximally from the at least one guide member in such a way that the receptacle is configured to fit within the ear canal of the first ear while the at least one guide member is completely inserted into the first ear, wherein the outer surface of the receptacle is configured to face the ear canal of the first ear;

    (c) an injectable material receivable by the inner surface of the receptacle such that the receptacle is configured to prevent contact between the ear canal of the first ear and the injectable material, the injectable material having a workable state allowing adjustment to alignment between the at least one guide member of the support structure and a target tissue of the first ear, and a hardened state for stabilizing the at least one guide member of the support structure relative to the target tissue; and
