1. An apparatus comprising:

  • memory including computer readable instructions; and

    a processor to execute the computer readable instructions to perform operations including;

    detecting a service quality for a specified protocol type in a specified geographic coverage area of a wireless system supporting a plurality of protocol types by analyzing session records determined for wireless sessions associated with wireless devices operating in the wireless system,the specified protocol type corresponding to one of the plurality of protocol types, the specified protocol type defined by a first user input variable,the specified geographic coverage area defined by a second user input variable, wherein the analyzing of the session records includes;

    filtering the session records based on the specified geographic coverage area to obtain an analytical set of the session records; and

    comparing signal metrics stored in the analytical set of the session records to a signal-to-noise ratio value to detect the service quality for the specified protocol type in the specified geographic coverage area,the signal-to-noise ratio value defined by a third user input variable; and

    generating and reporting a report including the service quality for the specified protocol type in the specified geographic coverage area to a first wireless device operating in the wireless system.
