1. A measurement device for measuring a force pressure, or load applied by the muscular-skeletal system comprising:

  • a first support structure having a bottom surface and a sidewall;

    a first load plate having a surface wherein a whole surface of the first load plate contacts the bottom surface of the first support structure;

    a sensor array overlying the first load plate wherein a load bearing surface of each sensor of the sensor array are approximately co-planar;

    a second load plate overlying the sensor array wherein the second plate is configured to move to compress the sensor array; and

    a second support structure coupled to the first support structure configured to form a housing to isolate an electronic circuitry and the sensor array from an external environment wherein the first and second support structures comprise a polymer material.
