1. An information handling system comprising:

  • one or more processors;

    a memory coupled to at least one of the processors;

    a set of computer program instructions stored in the memory and executed by at least one of the processors in order to perform actions of;

    sending a data collection request from the information handling system to one or more user devices located within a geographical proximity of an incident in progress, wherein the data collection request is sent prior to receiving information pertaining to the incident in progress from at least one of the one or more user devices, and wherein each of the one or more user devices is instructed to capture real-time data corresponding to the incident in progress;

    receiving, at the information handling system, the real-time data captured by the one or more user devices that includes evidence data corresponding to the incident in progress;

    sending a tracking request, based on analyzing the evidence data, from the information handling system to one or more different user devices that are not part of the one or more user devices, wherein the tracking request corresponds to a different location than a location of the incident in progress;

    receiving, at the information handling system, subsequent real-time data from at least one of the one or more different user devices; and

    providing, by the information handling system, the subsequent real-time data to one or more public service users.
