1. A cloud based command and control system comprising:
- a central command hub configured to communicate over wired and wireless connections;
a sensor in wireless bi-directional communication with said central command hub, and a computing device in bi-directional communication with said central command hub, said computing device having a graphical user interface configured to display data received from said sensor,wherein said graphical user interface is user operable to enable a user to control said sensor by manipulating said graphical user interface, and wherein the system further comprises;
an airborne environment including an airborne cloud network having an airborne message bus configured to provide multiple gateway services;
a ground environment including a ground-based cloud network cloud network providing a service; and
a line-of-sight link constructed and arranged to selectively connect the airborne cloud network to the ground-based cloud network when the airborne cloud network is in range of the ground-based cloud network and to selectively disconnect the airborne cloud network from the ground-based cloud network when the airborne cloud network is out of range of the ground-based cloud network,wherein the service provided by the ground-based cloud network is accessible to users of the airborne cloud network when the airborne cloud network is connected to the ground-based cloud network, andwherein the gateway services provided by the airborne cloud network is accessible to users of the ground-based cloud network when the airborne cloud network is connected to the ground-based cloud network.

8. Computerized equipment to provide cloud-based command and control, the computerized equipment comprising:
