1. An ultrasonic measurement device comprising:

  • an ultrasonic transducer device includinga substrate,an ultrasonic element array having a plurality of ultrasonic elements arranged on a surface of the substrate,a plurality of signal electrode lines formed on the surface of the substrate and electrically connected to the ultrasonic element array, each of the signal electrode lines extending in one direction along a slice direction and the surface of the substrate, and including an electrode layer in which at least one signal electrode among some of the ultrasonic elements is formed to extend in the one direction on the surface of the substrate, each of the signal electrode lines further including a signal terminal at one end portion of each of the signal electrode lines, the one end portion being positioned, relative to all of the ultrasonic elements, in the one direction, andan integrated circuit device having a plurality of terminals to output a transmission signal to the ultrasonic element array, the integrated circuit device being mounted on the surface of the substrate such that the integrated circuit device does not overlap all of the ultrasonic elements and the signal terminal of each of all of the signal electrode lines as viewed in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the substrate, and such that the entire integrated circuit device is arranged between the all of the ultrasonic elements and the signal terminal of each of all of the signal electrode lines in the slice direction, the integrated circuit device further having a first surface and a second surface such that the terminals are positioned between the first surface and the second surface, the first surface facing in the one direction, the second surface facing in the other direction that is along the slice direction and opposite the one direction, both of the first surface and the second surface being positioned in the one direction relative to the all of the ultrasonic elements and positioned, relative to the signal terminal of each of the signal electrode lines, in the other direction, and each of the terminals of the integrated circuit device being connected to a corresponding one of the signal electrode lines.
