1. A method, comprising:

  • receiving, by a computer system, a user schedule of one or more events each specifying predicted usage and predicted location for future use of one or more battery enabled mobile devices at a predicted time;

    for each event of the one or more events, accessing, by the computer system, one or more battery usage impact factors for each predicted location, the one or more battery usage impact factors comprising a predicted temperature at the predicted location at the predicted time and a predicted access to wireless network service and cellular network service for each predicted location, the one or more battery usage impact factors impacting performance of a separate battery within each of the plurality of battery enabled devices;

    analyzing, by the computer system, the predicted usage and predicted location for each of the one or more events and the one or more battery usage impact factors to predict at least one recommended charging time and charging location for each of the one or more battery enabled mobile devices;

    updating, by the computer system, the user schedule to specify at least one charging event for each at least one recommended charging time and charging location;

    monitoring, by the computer system, the actual temperature at the predicted location when a current time matches the predicted time and the actual access to the wireless network service and cellular network service when a current time matches the predicted time; and

    dynamically adjusting, by the computer system, the at least one recommended charging time and charging location for each of the one or more battery enabled mobile devices according to at least one difference impacting performance of the separate battery between at least one of the actual temperature and the predicted temperature and the actual access to the wireless network service and cellular network service and the predicted access.
