1. A data transmission method comprising:

  • detecting, at a core network or a base station, an air interface status parameter of a first communications standard network and an air interface status parameter of a second communications standard network;

    decreasing a data packet sending rate of the first or second communications standard network when the corresponding air interface status parameter is less than a preset threshold;

    increasing the data packet sending rate of the first or second communications standard network when the first or second communications standard network has a decreased data packet sending rate and the air interface status parameter of the first or second communications standard network is not less than the preset threshold; and

    allocating, according to a data packet sending rate of the first communications standard network and a data packet sending rate of the second communications standard network, a first portion of data packets to the first communications standard network and a second portion of data packets to the second communications standard network for sending,wherein increasing the data packet sending rate of the first or second communications standard network comprises;

    detecting the air interface status parameter of the communications standard network with the decreased data packet sending rate; and

    in response to detecting that the air interface status parameter of the communications standard network with the decreased data packet sending rate is not less than the preset threshold, increasing the data packet sending rate of the communications standard network to a rate used before the decreased data packet sending rate.
