a plurality of traces;
two slots defining a tongue portion of the printed circuit board;
a substantially planar top surface; and
a substantially planar bottom surface; and
a ferrite having an annular cross section defining a channel,wherein the ferrite extends through the two slots and is positioned on and surrounds at least part of the tongue portion of the printed circuit board, such that a portion of the plurality of traces passes through the channel of the ferrite.

a printed circuit board assembly in communication, the printed circuit board assembly comprising; a printed circuit board including a plurality of traces, a tongue portion defined by two slots in the printed circuit board, a substantially planar top surface and a substantially planar bottom surface; and a ferrite extending through the two slots and surrounding at least part of the tongue portion, the ferrite having a first portion positioned on the substantially planar top surface and a second portion positioned on the substantially planar bottom surface, wherein the ferrite is positioned on the tongue portion of the printed circuit board such that a portion of the plurality of traces passes between the first portion and the second portion. - View Dependent Claims (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16)
