Method, apparatus, and computer program product for tag and individual correlation
First Claim
1. An apparatus for associating environmental measurements with an individual, the apparatus comprising a processor and a memory having computer code stored therein, the computer code configured, when executed by the processor, to cause the apparatus to:
- receive blink data and time measurements from a plurality of receivers disposed about a monitored area, wherein the blink data is generated by at least one tag carried by the individual moving about the monitored area, wherein the plurality of receivers are configured to assign the time measurements to the blink data;
determine tag location data based on the blink data and the time measurements, wherein the tag location data comprises a tag location estimate;
associate the tag location data with an individual profile;
receive, from a sensor, a sensor signal comprising one or more environmental measurements indicative of at least one of a health, a fitness, an operation level, or a performance level for the individual;
receive a sensor location associated with the sensor;
compare the tag location estimate to the sensor location;
determine a sensor-individual correlator based on the tag location estimate being within a threshold distance of the sensor location; and
associate the sensor-individual correlator with the one or more environmental measurements.

Abstract
Provided herein are systems and computer readable media for associating environmental measurements with an individual using a plurality of sensors, a plurality of tags and a plurality of receivers disposed about a monitored area. Various embodiments of the invention include: receiving blink data from receivers positioned about the monitored area, wherein the blink data is generated by at least one tag carried by the individual; determining tag location data based on the blink data, wherein the tag location data comprises a tag location estimate; associating the tag location data with an individual profile; receiving a sensor signal from a sensor comprising environmental measurements associated with the individual; receiving a sensor location associated with the sensor; comparing the tag location estimate to the sensor location; determining a sensor-individual correlator based on the proximity between the tag location estimate and the sensor location; and associating the sensor-individual correlator with the environmental measurements.
