1. A sensor for detecting a saccharide, the sensor comprising:

  • a reactive layer comprising a hydrogel having a boronic acid-modified three-dimensional mesh structure; and

    a porous membrane substrate fixed with the reactive layer,wherein the hydrogel comprises 8.00%-10.00% (w/v) of N-(2-hydroxyethyl) acrylamide, 0.40%-0.50% (w/v) of N,N′

    -methylene-bisacrylamide, and 0.10%-2.00% (w/v) of 3-(acrylamido) phenylboronic acid.
