1. A system, comprising:

  • a device that includes at least one brain activity surrogate marker sensor, the device configured with;

    means for detecting a gaze of at least one individual;

    means for accepting brain activity surrogate marker sensor data associated with the individual from the at least one brain activity surrogate marker sensor including at least one indication of abnormal gaze based at least partially on the circuitry for detecting the gaze of the individual;

    means for detecting at least one abnormal movement associated with the at least one individual;

    means for determining whether the at least one indication of abnormal gaze of the individual and the at least one abnormal movement associated with the at least one individual are indicative of an epilepsy diagnosis; and

    means for presenting a set of epilepsy medications and a set of physicians that specialize in treating epilepsy at least partially based on the determining whether the at least one indication of abnormal gaze of the individual and the at least one abnormal movement associated with the at least one individual are indicative of an epilepsy diagnosis.
