1. A method, comprising:
- determining, by a processing system including a processor, a first threshold according to a first baseline average power obtained across a frequency range and a plurality of cell sites;
obtaining, by the processing system, a plurality of Signal to Interference plus Noise Ratio (SINR) measurements at the plurality of cell sites;
identifying, by the processing system, a first cell site of the plurality of cell sites according to a first SINR measurement of the plurality of SINR measurements that is below the first threshold, wherein the first SINR measurement is associated with the first cell site;
initiating, by the processing system, corrective action at the first cell site to improve first SINR performance of the first cell site responsive to identification of the first cell site;
obtaining, by the processing system, a second SINR measurement of the first cell site subsequent to initiation of the corrective action;
comparing, by the processing system, the second SINR measurement of the first cell site and the first SINR measurement of the first cell site; and
adjusting at least in part, by the processing system, the corrective action initiated at the first cell site according to comparison of the second SINR measurement of the first cell site and the first SINR measurement of the first cell site.

a processing system including a processor; and a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processing system, facilitate performance of operations, comprising; determining a first threshold from a first baseline average power obtained across a frequency range and a plurality of cell sites; obtaining Signal to Interference plus Noise Ratio (SINR) measurements from the plurality of cell sites; identifying an affected cell site of the plurality of cell sites according to a first SINR measurement of the SINR measurements that is below the first threshold, wherein the first SINR measurement is associated with the affected cell site; initiating corrective action at the affected cell site to improve the SINR measurement of the affected cell site responsive to the identifying of the affected cell site; obtaining a second SINR measurement of the affected cell site subsequent to initiation of the corrective action; comparing the second SINR measurement of the affected cell site and the first SINR measurement of the affected cell site; and adjusting at least in part the corrective action initiated at the affected cell site according to comparison of the second SINR measurement of the affected cell site and the first SINR measurement of the affected cell site. - View Dependent Claims (15, 16, 17, 18)
