    the first annular ring defining a first plane, a first longitudinal axis perpendicular to the first plane, a first outer annular diameter and a first inner annular diameter; and

    the second annular ring defining a second plane, a second longitudinal axis perpendicular to the second plane, a second outer annular diameter and a second inner annular diameter;

    a first pair of antipodal points of the first annular ring joined with a corresponding second pair of antipodal points of the second annular ring such that a pair of antipodal junctions are formed between the first and second annular rings,the first annular ring skewed with respect to the second annular ring such that an angle is formed between the first and second longitudinal axes, andthe angle is between 10 degrees and 30 degrees, whereby the flying disc appears to flutter in flight when rotating.
