receiving one or more sensor indications corresponding to at least one component of the vehicle;
determining an action related to vehicular operation based at least in part on the one or more sensor indications;
displaying on a display of the vehicle at least one control option for the security and/or automation system based at least in part on determining the action;
permitting functional capability to the at least one control option based at least in part on any combination of the receiving of the geo location information, the identifying and authenticating of the user presence, and the determining of the action;
receiving at least one user input on the display related to the at least one control option according to the permitting; and
transmitting instructions to control the security and/or automation systems based on the at least one user input.
