1. A computerized method of managing interactions in a system during an interactive event having a plurality of participants, comprising:

  • providing, by at least one presenter, presentation material during the interactive event to the plurality of participants;

    connecting the plurality of participants over a communication medium to synchronously view the presentation material provided by the at least one presenter;

    receiving an interaction component from at least one of the plurality of participants;

    automatically selecting a group of participants from the plurality of participants to whom the interaction component is to be exposed to establish a ranking for a level of exposure;

    automatically exposing the interaction component to the selected group of participants, the exposing comprising generating a question or statement for presentation to the group of participants;

    receiving feedback to the interaction component from a plurality of members of the group of participants; and

    when a desired level of exposure for the interaction component is not yet achieved, repeating the automatically selecting and exposing to achieve the desired level of exposure for the interaction component based on the received feedback to the exposed interaction component.
