1. A method for creating a continuous indentation in a prostatic urethra, comprising:
- inserting an anchor delivery device within a urethra;
actuating the anchor delivery device to implant first and second anchors on a first side of a lobe of a prostate and a third anchor on a second side of the lobe, the third anchor connected to both first and second anchors;
arranging the third anchor to form a continuous indentation in the second side of the lobe; and
removing the anchor delivery device from the urethra.
