- a pair of substrates,color filters having a first color filter and a second color filter, drain signal lines, gate signal lines, and a pixel region disposed between the pair of substrates, wherein,the gate signal lines is made of a light blocking material, and the drain signal line is made of a light blocking material, andan overlapping portion in which the first color filter overlaps with the second color filter, is formed on one of the drain signal lines or one of the gate signal lines,an edge portion of the first color filter is a first taper in the overlapping portion, and an edge portion of the second color filter is a second taper in the overlapping portion,the first taper is closer to the drain signal line or the gate signal line than the second taper in the overlapping portion,an angle of the first taper is 45°
or more and 90°
or less corresponding to a surface of the drain signal line or the gate signal line, an angle of the second taper is 45°
or more and 90°
or less corresponding to a surface of the first taper and,the angle of the first taper is smaller than the angle of the second taper.
