1. A branched prosthesis comprising:

  • a tubular body of biocompatible graft material having,a first end,a first portion,a second end,a second portion,a lumen between the first and second ends,a sidewall between the first and second ends,a first fenestration in the side wall in the first portion and having an internal branch attached to the side wall at the fenestration and extending from the fenestration into the lumen, the internal branch having a first end communicating with the fenestration and a second end having an opening extending toward the first end;

    at least one second fenestration in the sidewall spaced axially from the first fenestration and having an external branch attached to the side wall at the fenestration and extending from the side wall with a first end communicating with the fenestration and a second end extending toward the second end; and

    a plurality of stents attached along the length of the tubular body.
