1. A biosensor comprising:
- an enzyme electrode configured to measure a glucose concentration in a blood sample, wherein a surface of the enzyme electrode is in contact with a detection layer comprising an oxidoreductase enzyme, a first electrically conductive polymer and electrically conductive particles; and
a hematocrit electrode configured to measure a hematocrit value in the blood sample, wherein the hematocrit electrode comprises a metal layer or a carbon layer formed on an insulating base plate and wherein a second electrically conductive polymer is covalently immobilized on a surface of the metal layer or the carbon layer by a crosslinking agent.

Abstract
Provided is a method for measuring the concentration of a substance in a blood sample, comprising: supplying the blood sample to a biosensor comprising a hematocrit electrode for measuring a hematocrit value on the surface of which electrode an electrically conductive polymer is covalently immobilized; and calculating the concentration of the substance from the measured value of a first current resulting from application of a first voltage; and correcting the concentration of the substance with the value of a second current resulting from application of a second voltage or the hematocrit value calculated from the value of the second current.
