- detecting, via one or more connectivity components, and sending, to at least one computer, an event of a mobile device associated with a user of the sales force management system, wherein the sales force management system having user specific or other relationship information;
collecting machine data associated with the mobile device for the user;
cross-referencing contact, lead or account information in the sales force management system with the machine data;
analyzing, via the at least one computer, the machine data to determine an event potentially requiring user input;
transmitting a notification to the mobile device to provide the user input for the event requiring user input;
providing the user with follow-on workflow notifications related to the analyzed machine data associated with the sales force management system; and
processing information to provide options or suggestions to the user, including auto-populated data fields, in a graphical user interface (GUI) with selected graphical follow-on data entry options associated with the sales force management system, wherein at least one option or suggestions includes data provided into the auto-populated data fields derived from the analyzed machine data;
wherein data in the sales force management system is used to perform processing regarding;
an initial transmission to the mobile device based on the analyzed machine data, the initial transmission a updating an application installed on the mobile device that displays data regarding the workflow or graphical information corresponding to the analyzed machine data;
a graphical user interface, for transmission to and display on the mobile device, the graphical user interface configured to display and update the data in response to the analyzed machine data associated with the mobile device; and
graphical indicia including information about the analyzed machine data that is transmitted and displayed on the mobile device, the graphical indicia comprising interactive graphical elements regarding which the user may interact with to provide one or more of the follow-on data entry, follow-on workflow, or suggestions to the user.

detecting, via one or more connectivity components, the connectivity component connecting a user of the sales force management system and one or more sales force management servers over a network, an event of a mobile device associated with the user of a relationship management system, wherein the relationship management system has user specific relationship information; collecting a stream of machine data associated with the mobile device for the user, the machine data comprising at least one of the following; voice and electronic data communications; geolocation data; electronic records; and records related to origination, destination/termination, user and duration attributes; classifying event datum including comparing the machine data associated with the mobile device of the user with data in and/or processed by the sales force management system; transmitting a notification to the mobile device if the classification of the event data requires an additional user input, providing the user with follow-on workflow options on the mobile device, wherein the mobile device transmits, by the connectivity component, the additional user input to the sales force management system; processing the event data, based on the classification and the additional user input, to create inputs that the sales force management system can store; cross-referencing contact, lead or account information in the sales force management system with the inputs created from the event data, wherein a factual discrepancy can be identified and flagged for further review; and processing the inputs created from the event data to provide auto-populated data fields in a graphical user interface (GUI) in a selected graphical follow-on data entry option within the sales force management system, the data provided into data fields being derived from the event data. - View Dependent Claims (52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60)
