1. A method, comprising:

  • receiving, by a base station, a first indication and a second indication,the first indication being an indication to manage a connection, associated with a first device, or traffic, associated with the first device,the first device being a user device,the first indication including a first network identifier that identifies a first core network,the second indication being an indication to manage a connection, associated with a second device or traffic, associated with the second device,the second device being a machine-to-machine (M2M) device and being a different type of device from the user device, andthe second indication including a second network identifier that identifies a second core network,the first network identifier being a first public land mobile network identifier (PLMN ID) and the second network identifier being a second PLMN ID,the first PLMN ID being different than the second PLMN ID;

    determining, by the base station and based on the first network identifier, first management information associated with managing the connection or the traffic associated with the first device;

    determining, by the base station and based on the second network identifier, second management information associated with managing the connection or the traffic associated with the second device,the second management information being different from the first management information;

    managing, by the base station and based on the first management information, the connection or the traffic associated with the first device; and

    managing, by the base station and based on the second management information, the connection or the traffic associated with the second device.
