1. A method of producing an antibody, or antigen binding fragment thereof, that binds C5a comprising:
- a. culturing a host cell comprising an expression vector comprising an isolated nucleic acid in culture medium under conditions wherein the nucleic acid sequence is expressed, thereby producing a polypeptide comprising heavy and light chain variable regions; and
b. recovering the polypeptides from the host cell or culture medium, wherein the nucleic acid comprises a nucleotide sequence encoding heavy and light chain variable regions of the antibody, or antigen binding fragment thereof, wherein the heavy and light variable regions comprise the amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs;
