1. A method for measuring material concentration in a fluid, the method comprising:

  • driving a sample to be tested to pass through a chemical sensor at least twice,logging a response value of the chemical sensor in each pass-through;

    establishing a simultaneous system of equations from a measurement equation relationship between the response value obtained by the chemical sensor in each pass-through and the material concentration and a mass equation relationship between a change of material concentration resulting from physical and chemical reactions in each pass-through and a change of mass, a change in electric quantity, and a change in heat in the physical and chemical reactions, andsolving the simultaneous system of equations to ascertain the material concentration of the sample and one or more calibration parameters of the chemical sensor.
