1. A control method of a wireless power receiver, the method comprising:
- transmitting an advertisement signal to search for a wireless power transmitter;
receiving, from the wireless power transmitter, a connection request signal to form a connection between the wireless power receiver and the wireless power transmitter, wherein the connection request signal corresponds to the advertisement signal;
receiving charging power from the wireless power transmitter;
detecting an error state;
generating an alert signal indicating the error state; and
transmitting the alert signal to the wireless power transmitter,wherein the error state includes at least one of an over-voltage state in which a rectifier voltage of the wireless power receiver is higher than a reference voltage, an over-current state in which a rectifier current of the wireless power receiver is higher than a reference current, an over-temperature state in which a temperature of the wireless power receiver is higher than a reference temperature, and a system error of the wireless power receiver.
