1. A communication jack for interfacing with a communication plug comprising:
- a housing defining an opening configured to receive a plug;
a plurality of conductors for interfacing with plug contacts of the communication plug contained within the opening;
a plurality of insulation displacement contacts (IDCs);
a flexible printed circuit board having traces which are used to electrically connect the plurality of conductors to the IDCs and further has traces configured to compensate for crosstalk between signal pairs of the plurality of conductors.
