Abstract

A riding floor cleaning machine having an intelligent system including a main frame sub-assembly, a steering and drive wheel sub-assembly, a solution tank sub-assembly, a recovery tank sub-assembly, a recovery tank cover sub-assembly, a control panel sub-assembly, a main controller sub-assembly, a seat and detergent system sub-assembly, a battery sub-assembly, a scrub head sub-assembly, a scrub head lift sub-assembly, a squeegee sub-assembly, a solution and detergent sub-assembly, and an intelligent system associated with at least one of the above-identified sub-assemblies, wherein the intelligent system selectively gathers, obtains, monitors, stores, records, and/or analyzes data associated with components of the riding floor cleaning machine, and controllably communicates and/or disseminates such data with another system and/or user.

Claims

1. A riding floor cleaning machine having an intelligent system, comprising:

a main frame sub-assembly;

a steering and drive wheel sub-assembly;

a solution tank sub-assembly;

a recovery tank sub-assembly;

a recovery tank cover sub-assembly;

a control panel sub-assembly;

a main controller sub-assembly;

a seat and detergent system sub-assembly;

a battery sub-assembly comprising a secondary electrochemical cell, wherein the secondary electrochemical cell is positioned below a seat of the seat and detergent system sub-assembly and wherein the secondary electrochemical cell is positioned adjacent to a detergent bottle of the seat and detergent system sub-assembly;

a scrub head sub-assembly;

a scrub head lift sub-assembly;

a squeegee sub-assembly;

a solution and detergent sub-assembly; and

an intelligent system comprising a controller associated with the secondary electrochemical cell, wherein the intelligent system at least one of selectively gathers, obtains, monitors, stores, records, and analyzes data associated with components of the riding floor cleaning machine, and at least one of controllably communicates and disseminates such data with at least one of another system and user.

4. The riding floor cleaning machine according to claim 1, wherein the secondary electrochemical cell comprises an anode.

5. The riding floor cleaning machine according to claim 1, wherein the secondary electrochemical cell comprises a cathode.

6. The riding floor cleaning machine according to claim 1, wherein the secondary electrochemical cell comprises an electrolyte.

7. The riding floor cleaning machine according to claim 1, wherein the secondary electrochemical cell comprises an anode, a cathode, and an electrolyte.

8. The riding floor cleaning machine according to claim 7, wherein at least one of the anode, cathode, and electrolyte are monitored by the intelligent system.

9. The riding floor cleaning machine according to claim 7, wherein the anode, cathode, and electrolyte are monitored by the intelligent system.

10. The riding floor cleaning machine according to claim 7, wherein the structural integrity of the anode and the cathode are monitored by the intelligent system.

11. The riding floor cleaning machine according to claim 7, wherein the electrolyte level of the electrolyte is monitored by the intelligent system.

2. A sub-assembly having an intelligent system for a riding floor cleaning machine, comprising:

a secondary electrochemical cell; and

an intelligent system, wherein the intelligent system comprises the secondary electrochemical cell having a controller, wherein the controller is configured to at least one of selectively gather, obtain, monitor, store, and record data associated with components of the riding floor cleaning machine, and wherein the controller communicatively couples the riding floor cleaning machine with a management server over a network and transmits data to the management server for analysis.

12. The sub-assembly according to claim 2, wherein the secondary electrochemical cell comprises an anode.

13. The sub-assembly according to claim 2, wherein the secondary electrochemical cell comprises a cathode.

14. The sub-assembly according to claim 2, wherein the secondary electrochemical cell comprises an electrolyte.

15. The sub-assembly according to claim 2, wherein the secondary electrochemical cell comprises an anode, a cathode, and an electrolyte.

16. The sub-assembly according to claim 15, wherein at least one of the anode, cathode, and electrolyte are monitored by the intelligent system.

17. The sub-assembly according to claim 15, wherein the anode, cathode, and electrolyte are monitored by the intelligent system.

18. The sub-assembly according to claim 15, wherein the structural integrity of the anode and the cathode are monitored by the intelligent system.

19. The sub-assembly according to claim 15, wherein the electrolyte level of the electrolyte is monitored by the intelligent system.

3. A riding floor cleaning machine having an intelligent system, comprising:

a main frame sub-assembly;

a steering and drive wheel sub-assembly;

a solution tank sub-assembly;

a recovery tank sub-assembly;

a recovery tank cover sub-assembly;

a control panel sub-assembly;

a main controller sub-assembly;

a seat and detergent system sub-assembly;

a battery sub-assembly comprising a secondary electrochemical cell, wherein the secondary electrochemical cell is positioned below a seat of the seat and detergent system sub-assembly and wherein the secondary electrochemical cell is positioned adjacent to a detergent bottle of the seat and detergent system sub-assembly;

a scrub head sub-assembly;

a scrub head lift sub-assembly;

a squeegee sub-assembly;

a solution and detergent sub-assembly; and

an intelligent system integrated with the secondary electrochemical cell, wherein the intelligent system comprises a controller that is configured to selectively gather, obtain, monitor, store, and record data associated with components of the riding floor cleaning machine, and wherein the controller communicatively couples the riding floor cleaning machine with a management server over a network and transmits data to the management server for analysis.

20. The riding floor cleaning machine according to claim 3, wherein the secondary electrochemical cell comprises an anode, a cathode, and an electrolyte, and wherein the structural integrity of the anode and the cathode are monitored by the intelligent system, and the electrolyte level of the electrolyte is monitored by the intelligent system.
