1. A method for providing quality management for products, the method comprising:

  • employing a multiplicity of barcoded quality indicators each operative to provide a machine-readable indication of exceedance of at least one threshold by at least one product quality affecting parameter, each of said indicators comprising;

    a first barcode including a first plurality of barcode bars and at least one first colorable area,at least a second barcode including a second plurality of barcode bars and at least a second colorable area,a coloring agent located at a first location on said indicator;

    a coloring agent pathway operative to allow said coloring agent to move from said first location to said first and second colorable areas for coloring thereof; and

    at least one interposed line extending between said first barcode and said at least a second barcode, said at least one interposed line being capable of preventing a barcode reader from reading parts of said first barcode and of said at least a second barcode as part of a single barcode; and

    reading said barcoded quality indicators to provide output indications;

    receiving said output indications; and

    interpreting said output indication to provide human sensible, product quality status outputs.
