- a first substrate comprising a first inner surface and a first outer surface opposite to each other;
a first translucent electrode disposed on the first inner surface of the first substrate;
a second substrate disposed opposite to the first substrate;
an electrochromic layer located between the first inner surface of the first substrate and the second substrate;
a reflective film disposed on the second substrate; and
a touch sensing structure disposed on the first outer surface of the first substrate,wherein the second substrate comprises a second inner surface facing the electrochromic layer and a second outer surface opposite to the second inner surface, and the touch apparatus further comprises;
a second translucent electrode disposed on the second inner surface of the second substrate, wherein the reflective film is disposed on the second outer surface of the second substrate and the display panel is disposed on the reflective film,wherein the first substrate further comprises a first side surface connecting the first inner surface and the first outer surface, and the first translucent electrode extends from the first inner surface to the first side surface, and the second substrate further comprises a second side surface connecting the second inner surface and the second outer surface, and the second translucent electrode extends from the second inner surface to the second side surface.

The first substrate has a first inner surface and a first outer surface opposite to each other. The first translucent electrode is disposed on the first inner surface. The second substrate is disposed opposite to the first substrate. The electrochromic layer is located between the first inner surface of the first substrate and the second substrate. The reflective film is disposed on the second substrate. The touch sensing structure is disposed on the first outer surface of the first substrate.
