1. A method for computer-based purchasing of a product or service by selecting a product or service by a user displayed on a computer-based visual display, the method executed in a computer system providing access to three-dimensional (3D) geospatial information system data accessible over a computer network, the method comprising displaying on an electronic visual display electronically generated customized webpages of an integrated social networking and 2D and 3D geospatial mapping interactive website, the customized webpages customized for the user, the customized webpages of the integrated social networking and 2D and 3D geospatial mapping interactive website including the electronic display of online coupons, products and services in combination with all of (i) advertisements, (ii) 3D geospatial mapping, (iii) company or local information, and (iv) social networking access, the method comprising(a) electronically providing an integrated social networking and 2D and 3D geospatial mapping interactive website that provides geospatial mapping interactive displays interactive with social networking, where the geospatial interactive displays provide a multi-dimensional and scalable geospatial mapping functional tool, and where the social networking provides interactive emailing, instant messaging, texting, online auctions, social networking communities, online communications, user profiles, social plugins, social applications, entertainment shopping, bidding, advertisements, promotions, online coupons, mobile services, products, goods and services;

  • (b) electronically assigning and providing, on an electronic computing system via a processor, a unique identifier to said user from a client mobile device or computer receiving a request from said user to provide said user with said unique identifier, through a client computer application operating on the client mobile device or computer, the unique identifier providing for the user to electronically access the customized webpages of the integrated social networking and 2D and 3D geospatial mapping interactive website displayed on the user'"'"'s client mobile device or computer, the customized webpages of the integrated social networking and 2D and 3D geospatial mapping interactive website comprising a computer display of a combination of;

    (i) at least a first set of electronic data corresponding to electronic online coupons, products and services;

    in combination with;

    (ii) at least a first set of electronic data corresponding to 3D geospatial mapping,(iii) at least a first set of electronic data corresponding to company or local or global information,(iv) at least a first set of electronic data corresponding to social networking; and

    (v) at least a first set of electronic data corresponding to advertisements, the request including the identifier assigned to the client;

    (c) electronically providing to said user on said mobile device or computer said website access to said combination of;

    i. said at least a first set of electronic data corresponding to online coupons, products or services;

    with;

    ii. said at least a first set of electronic data corresponding to 3D geospatial mapping,iii. said at least a first set of electronic data corresponding to company or local information;

    iv. said at least a first set of electronic data corresponding to social networking; and

    v. said at least a first set of electronic data corresponding to advertisements;

    (d) electronically monitoring, collecting and analyzing, via a processor in a computer system or mobile device, at least a first set of user data accessed by the user from the client mobile device or computer the at least a first set of user data comprising user-preferred locations, interests, preferences, and networking interests, products, services, advertisements, and marketing interests, said at least a first set of user data further comprising said combination of;

    (i) said at least a first set of electronic data corresponding to online coupons, products or services;

    (ii) said at least a first set of electronic data corresponding to 3D geospatial mapping,(iii) said at least a first set of electronic data corresponding to company or local information;

    (iv) said at least a first set of electronic data corresponding to social networking; and

    (v) said at least a first set of electronic data corresponding to advertisements to generate at least a second set of user data;

    said at least a second set of user data comprising (i) at least a second set of electronic data corresponding to online coupons, products or services;

    (ii) at least a second set of electronic data corresponding to 3D geospatial mapping, (iii) at least a second set of electronic data corresponding to company or local information;

    (iv) at least a second set of electronic data corresponding to social networking; and

    (v) said at least a second set of electronic data corresponding to advertisements; and

    (e) electronically providing, based on said analyzing of said at least a first set of user data to generate said at least a second set of user data in step (d), at least a third set of user data to the client mobile device, or computer, video display configured to provide to said at least one user customized webpages of the integrated social networking and 2D and 3D geospatial mapping interactive website comprising said at least a third set of user data comprising (i) at least a third set of electronic data corresponding to online coupons, products or services;

    (ii) at least a third set of electronic data corresponding to 3D geospatial mapping, (iii) at least a third set of electronic data corresponding to company or local information;

    (iv) at least a third set of electronic data corresponding to social networking; and

    (v) said at least a third set of electronic data corresponding to advertisements;

    wherein said 3D geospatial mapping comprises 3D geospatial map tile data is defined by a collection of records in a 3D geospatial database having coordinate fields corresponding to the collection of 3D geospatial map files;

    wherein the 3D geospatial map tile data value corresponds to a combinations of dataset layers; and

    ,wherein the 3D geospatial map tile data value corresponds to one or both of a scale or a resolution of the 3D geospatial map tile.
