1. A display device comprising:

  • a first substrate having a plurality of pixels;

    a second substrate;

    a detection circuit;

    a plurality of detection electrodes for detecting a touch presence; and

    a common electrode divided into blocks and being common to the plurality of pixels,whereina block of the common electrode is applied a touch scanning voltage for detecting the touch presence and a common voltage for displaying,the detection circuit includes a plurality of calibration capacity elements provided for each of the plurality of detection electrodes, having one end connected to the detection electrode, and supplies a calibration voltage to the other end of the calibration capacity element in a touched position detection process for each intersection between the respective detection electrodes and the common electrode,the detection circuit supplies a reference voltage to both ends of the calibration capacity element,a voltage of the detection electrode is varied by the calibration voltage supplied to the other end of the calibration capacity element in the touched position detection process,the detection circuit includes a memory element which stores a calibration digital data for each intersection between the respective detection electrodes and blocks of the common electrode, andthe calibration voltage is generated by the calibration digital data.
