1. A dual-color laser light source, comprising:

  • a blue laser device configured to emit a blue laser light;

    a red laser device configured to emit a red laser light;

    a fluorescent wheel including a surface coated with green fluorescent powder excitable by the blue laser light to emit a green fluorescent light; and

    a speckle dissipation system comprising;

    a first diffusion element fixedly disposed in a first beam shaping optical path of the blue laser light and a second beam shaping optical path of the red laser light, wherein the first diffusion element is configured to diffuse the blue laser light and the red laser light; and

    a second diffusion element controlled to rotate and disposed in front of the blue laser light, the red laser light, and the green fluorescent light incidenting into a light bar, wherein the second diffusion element is configured to transmit at least the blue laser light and the red laser light in time sequence and output the blue laser light and the red laser light.
