1. A method comprising:

  • transmitting, by a wireless device and to a first base station, a first message comprising one or more parameters indicating that the wireless device supports configuration of a first quantity of channel state information (CSI) processes per carrier;

    receiving, by the wireless device and from the first base station, at least one second message comprising first configuration parameters for a second quantity of CSI interference measurement resources for a first carrier, wherein the second quantity is less than or equal to the first quantity; and

    receiving, by the wireless device and from the first base station, a handover command to handover to a second base station, wherein the handover command comprises second configuration parameters for a third quantity of CSI interference measurement resources for a second carrier and associated with the second base station, wherein the third quantity is less than or equal to the first quantity,wherein the second configuration parameters in the handover command are from the second base station and are based on the one or more parameters indicating that the wireless device supports configuration of the first quantity of CSI processes.
