1. A wearable electrocardiography monitoring ensemble, comprising:

  • an electrode assembly comprising at least two electrocardiography electrodes; and

    a garment comprising at least one internal structure defined on two sides by bands and configured to hold the electrocardiography electrodes in between the bands in continuous contact with skin of a user wearing the garment, while allowing the electrodes to move over the skin'"'"'s surface; and

    a monitor recorder comprising a housing removably received within a receptacle on the garment and further comprising a plurality of electrical contacts that protrude from a surface of the housing, wherein a portion of the electrical contacts establish electrical connections to a battery via a first set of electrical pads on the receptacle and interface with the electrocardiography electrodes via a second set of electrical pads on the receptacle.
