1. A vehicle behavior control device for controlling a behavior of a vehicle having steerable front road wheels, an engine or a motor and a steering wheel operated by a driver, the vehicle behavior control device comprising:

  • a processor; and

    a memory storing one or more programs that, when executed by the processor, cause a generated torque control means to perform control, when a steering speed of the steering wheel is greater than a threshold, to reduce a generated torque of the engine or the motor according to the steering speed of the steering wheel,wherein the generated torque control means is operable to reduce rate of decrease of an amount of the generated torque during decreasing the amount of the generated torque according to the steering speed, as a steering wheel angle of the steering wheel increases.
