1. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing one or more programs configured to be executed by one or more processors of an electronic device with a speaker, the one or more programs including instructions for:

  • receiving, from a companion device, a signal indicating an incoming call at the companion device;

    receiving a user utterance;

    causing a server to determine, based on the user utterance and contextual information, a user intent corresponding to the user utterance, wherein the contextual information is based on the received signal; and

    in accordance with the user intent corresponding to an actionable intent of answering the incoming call;

    receiving, from the server, a command representing a task to satisfy the actionable intent of answering the incoming call;

    based on the command, providing instructions to the companion device to answer the incoming call and relay audio data of the answered incoming call to the electronic device; and

    in accordance with the instructions successfully causing the companion device to answer the incoming call, producing audio output at the speaker in accordance with the audio data of the answered incoming call received from the companion device.
