1. A device for removing an implanted object from a body vessel, the device comprising:

  • an actuator having an elongated sheath extending therefrom, the elongated sheath comprising a proximal portion having a proximal end and a distal portion having a distal end, with a lumen extending from the distal end toward the proximal end, wherein the lumen is configured to receive an implanted object;

    a cutting device disposed at the distal end of the elongated sheath; and

    a guide structure disposed within the lumen and proximate the distal end of the elongated sheath, the guide structure being stationary relative to the distal end of the elongated sheath, wherein the guide structure is exposed and projecting radially inward of the cutting device proximate the distal end, the guide structure arranged to guide the implanted object into the lumen in an offset orientation; and

    an indicator on the proximal portion of the elongated sheath, the indicator corresponding to a radial position of the guide structure.
