Abstract

The invention relates to compounds, compositions, and methods that can inhibit the biosynthesis of mycotoxins.

Claims

1. A composition comprising a carrier and a compound of formula IA, a compound of formula IB, a compound of formula II, or a combination or salt thereof:

2. The composition of claim 1, further comprising alcohol as a carrier or a solvent.

3. The composition of claim 1, further comprising ethanol as a carrier or a solvent.

4. The composition of claim 1, further comprising an emulsifier, a dispersing agent, thickening agent, a surfactant, a wetting agent of ionic or non-ionic type or a mixture of such agents.

5. The composition of claim 1, wherein the compound(s) of formula IA, IB, or II are at a concentration of about 0.1 ppm to 500 ppm.
