1. A first device having a memory and a processor, the first device configured for:

  • receiving, on a content selection interface of a first device, an indication of content available from a content provider server, wherein the content selection interface is associated with an application installed on the first device; and

    receiving selected content in response to a user selection of content available from the content provider server,wherein a representation of the selected content is automatically transmitted from the content provider server to a second device,wherein the second device includes a content selection interface associated with an application installed thereon,wherein the application installed on the first device is branded by the same entity that brands the application installed on the second device,wherein each of the first device and the second device transmit a respective unique authentication token for authenticating each of the first device and the second device,wherein authentication of the first device and the second device is based on a same user account,wherein the selected content is received at the first device through a first wireless connection and the representation of the selected content is received at the second device through a second wireless connection distinct from the first wireless connection,wherein when content is selected for download at the second device through the content selection interface, a representation of the content is automatically transmitted to the first device through the first wireless connection,wherein the automatic transmission of the representation of the selected content is transmitted according to a user preference setting.
