1. A system for enabling fact reliability using standardized and interoperably interpretable one or more test methods and fact assertion expression languages, such system comprising:
- a hardware and software computing arrangement, comprising at least in part at least one hardware processor, at least one memory, and at least one communications means, for establishing an effective fact assertion platform, such platform comprising, at least in part, specifications and/or resources that enable;
providing a stakeholder hardware and software computing arrangement for creating, by a stakeholder, an effective fact information set,wherein such set comprises;
(a) a fact assertion information set, asserted at least in part using interpretable by end users one or more standardized and interoperably interpretable fact assertion expression languages,(b) stakeholder person identifying information comprising, at least in part, biometrically based identification information, such biometrically based identification information based on information acquired using at least one biometric sensor, and(c) at least one fact rule test procedure information set, specified and/or selected by such stakeholder, such test procedure information set specifying at least one asserted fact set test method set for securely validating that such fact assertion information set was stipulated by such biometrically identified stakeholder person, where such stakeholder person is securely identifiable through effective fact secure rule processing subsequent to the stipulation of such asserted fact information set, andwherein such stakeholder publishes such effective fact information set for use by users who are independent of such stakeholders; and
ensuring effective fact integrity through security governance by processing such (a) fact assertion information set, (b) test procedure information set, and (c) stakeholder person at least in part biometrically based identifying information set, using a tamper resistant processing and memory arrangement.

a hardware and software computing arrangement, comprising at least in part at least one hardware processor, at least one memory, and at least one communications means, for establishing a fact reliability, computing resource platform, such platform comprising, at least in part, specifications and/or resources that enable; providing an effective fact creator person hardware and software computing arrangement that enables; cryptographically signing an effective fact information set, wherein such set'"'"'s elements comprise and/or otherwise associate (1) creator biometrically based information for creator identification, resulting from use of a biometric sensor set, (2) a fact assertion information set, and (3) an asserted fact set, rule test method set for validating such fact assertion information set, employing at least a portion of creator biometrically based information, at least in part, for cryptographically signing at least a portion of such effective fact information set, such signing representing that the fact assertion information set of such effective fact information set is valid and can be verified by such asserted fact test method set, and cryptographically signing, by a fact authority, a specific asserted fact test validation result set and communicating information securely confirming such fact assertion information set to such effective fact information set'"'"'s user computing arrangement; and ensuring effective fact integrity through security governance by processing such (a) fact assertion information set, (b) asserted fact set test method set, and (c) creator biometrically based information, using a tamper resistant processing and memory arrangement. - View Dependent Claims (6)

a hardware and software computing arrangement, comprising at least in part at least one hardware processor, at least one memory, and at least one communications means, for establishing a fact reliability, computing resource platform, such platform comprising, at least in part, specifications and/or resources that enable; providing a stakeholder hardware and software computing arrangement for creating an effective fact information set, wherein such effective fact information set'"'"'s elements comprise and/or otherwise associate (1) a fact assertion information set, and (2) an asserted fact set test method set for validating such fact assertion information set, and wherein such test method set can be used to validate the specific asserted fact set of such fact assertion information; cryptographically signing, by a fact authority, a specific asserted fact set test method validation result set, and communicating information securely confirming such fact assertion information validation to a user computing arrangement; employing, one or more portions of such (1) fact assertion information set and/or (2) asserted fact set test method set using a tamper resistant processing and memory arrangement; comparing such fact assertion information set to fact assertion information managed by such validation authority, where such authority certifies validation matching result success or validation matching result failure; and communicating confirmation of such fact assertion information set between a remotely located, associated fact assertion information set validation authority and a user'"'"'s computing arrangement.
